I was a few feet from Ozsprey and Runepaw when I slowed downed and walked.

"What do you want?" hissed Runestone angrily. "And I'm Runestone, so call me by my proper name." His tail lashed posessivevly over Ospreywing.

"No," snarled Runestone, "we don't need you." His tail lashed. "She's Ospreywing. Not Osprey."
A moan from Ospreywing contradicted Runestone's statement.
"Or... I'm going to take care of her, not you, you already abandoned her," Runestone meowed, sanding on all fours.

Defensively standing in front of Ospreywing, Runestone snarled, "Yeah, and rats can fly. Stay away from me, and her. What did you want, anyway?"

Runestone's back arched aggressively, his fur standing on end. "She's mine! Get lost! Why don't you find someone else? I bet there's someone back at WindClan, one of those stupid rouges you let in."
Ospreywing lashed her tail and lifted herself up. "Runestone, what's wrong... Oh, Sandstar." Her tone carried sadness, but the slightest hope.

Ospreywing managed a muffled hiss. "Go away, Runestone, Nemesis. I need to talk to Sandstar."
Reluctantly, Runestone sprinted back to the shelter.
